Lisa’s vision was to create an agency with authenticity and fairness. Anything she sets her mind to, she does wholeheartedly. Friendly, down-to-earth and funny, ‘extra mile’ is her default setting. Lisa is gifted at creating beautiful homes, so helping others do the same makes perfect sense. She loves travel and spending time with her family.

Katrina’s been at the heart of Harlows since the start. She’s super organised and a keen problem-solver who knows property management and maintenance inside out. Her years of experience and wealth of knowledge shines through whenever you speak to her. She’s a working mum who loves spending her time with friends and family and living it up at festivals and live music events. 

Laura has 12 years’ experience in lettings and property management. She brings enthusiasm and expertise to everything she does, and she’s truly lovely to deal with. As well as being an expert lettings negotiator, she’s a passionate mum. She loves to run, take long walks with her family and dog and cheer on her son’s rugby team. 

As a freelancer, Emily supports small businesses with finance management, process improvement and bookkeeping. She has 12 years’ experience in marketing data analysis and her superpower is creating order from chaos. She’s travelled the world learning about regenerative systems and sampling diverse ways of living, so she’s always got something fascinating to say!
